Shelby'isms

Shelby has wanted to start running with me in the AM's. So I still go for my workout and then get home and jog with her around our little block. I was helping Zoe on her tricycle yesterday and so I told Shelby to run on ahead and we would meet her. She got back to us and I said well how was it?

S: wooo... that was tough, I was just praying to Jesus to help me finish!

Then in the car today she was telling me what Mrs.Kathy taught her at her class/

S: Mom did you know that God let ADAMEN (she doesn't call him Adam) give the animals names?

I think she says his name wrong because most of the time we talk about ADAM and EVE, so to her she heard ADAMEN / EVE . I will correct her, but thought it was cute : )
