Catch up

Well things have been very busy around here, not so different from everybody else!!How does life go by so fast!
I'm so thankful the worst of the hurricane is over we pray for a speedy restoration of power for all of our Houston/Galveston friends and family! CS just got some wind and rain, which was no big deal at all considering everybody else to the east of us.

James has been elk hunting in Colorado and will be home in about 24 hours yeah!!!! We miss him so so much, and are very excited that he is on his way.

Shelby Kate started preschool which she already LOVES and is so excited about. She has been jumping up and getting dressed and ready so quick and helps me get us all out of the door. She has a super sweet teacher and much of her former 3 yr. old classmates, which is super fun.
Other news for her is she had her first substantial haircut. She's had some trims but this is the first time that they are doing more then just a trim. She was excited about it, she says now that she has Lolly hair.(her sweet cousin) I told her well now it can be Lolly AND Shelby hair. She said "no mama the lady cut off all of the Shelby hair, now it's just Lolly hair." I think the hair cut is sweet on hair and really helped her super fine hair.
Zoe is continuing to add words to her vocabulary which is so fun! She still calls Daddy "Bebe"(baby) or "Momma" which he doesn't love, but is kind of funny! I think she does it just because she knows it's NOT his name ; ) She is very funny and fast! she runs everywhere, no walking for this girl.
